Queen’s Coronation anniversary marked in unique way

According to the Telegraph:

A 62-gun salute has marked the anniversary of the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II.

The Honourable Artillery Company were responsible for assembling and positioning the weapons opposite HMS Belfast, before taking their places along the bank of the Thames.

All 62 rounds were fired at 10-second intervals outside the Tower of London. The number of rounds fired is unique to the location as it includes an additional 21 guns for the citizens of the City of London to show their loyalty to the Queen.
